Responsibilities:
1) Knowledge of, NOC process and Transfer at DLD
2) Solve client issues and queries, as necessary
3) Maintain a corporate culture that promotes team work, loyalty and transparency
4) Assist with growing lead generation
5) Maintain relationship with clients and continue to develop a strong network of clients
6 ) Maintain up to date knowledge of real estate industry; attend industry meetings, project launches, conferences to expand industry knowledge and develop professional networks
7) Administrative tasks, as necessary.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
1) Excellent regional knowledge.
2) Tech Savvy with proficiency in real estate portals and software.
3) Proven success in achieving real estate sales and leasing targets.
4) Excellent intercultural and social competences.
5) Driving License.
6) years real estate experience, preferred although not essential.
