Key Responsibilities
- Proactively managing a portfolio of properties
- Conducting market appraisals and property valuations
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers between both buyers and sellers
- Winning instructions and targeting new business opportunities
- Working as an effective team member, assisting others as necessary
- Creating a positive customer experience and managing all inquiries in a professional manner
- Regularly keeping updated on market trends and informing clients accordingly
- Maintaining an up-to-date database
- Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell
- Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients
Requirements
- Driving License
- Proven experience in sales in Dubai
- Strong negotiation tactics and great interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organized and efficient
