Another record has been set by the ultra-luxurious Jumeira Bay island, where an off-plan villa in the Sea Mirror cluster sold for Dh125 million.
Early in 2026, the 15,000-square-foot, five-bedroom villa should be prepared for occupancy. A European investor who wanted a home office and a place for their family to live purchased it. The buyer made their first investment in the UAE with this purchase.
The Sea Mirror will comprise eighteen ultra-luxurious residences. Milan-based designer Patricia Urquiola created the interiors of the villas, while Jacobsen Arquitetura and Studio MK27 designed the exteriors.
“We are proud to have facilitated this landmark transaction and establish a new benchmark for offplan sales,” said Marcus Andersson, Director of Sales, Penthouse.ae, part of the Metropolitan consultancy.
Regarding the most expensive plots and penthouses in Dubai’s luxury real estate market, Jumeira Bay is the record holder in several categories.
