Kuwait Real Estate Company Launches Al Tay Hills in Sharjah
Sharjah’s real estate market welcomes a major development. Kuwait Real Estate Company and IFA Hotels and Resorts have signed an AED 198 million contract with Darwish Engineering to begin infrastructure works for Al Tay Hills.
The agreement was finalized through Qaryat Al Nakheel Real Estate, a subsidiary overseeing project development. Darwish Engineering will lead the design and construction of core infrastructure systems.
Scope of work includes sewage networks, a wastewater treatment facility, and two water pumping stations. Roads, stormwater drainage, and utility grids — including power, telecom, and water — will also be completed.
Chairman of IFA Hotels and Resorts, Khaled Esbaitah, emphasized quality. “Darwish Engineering brings excellence and reliability. Together, we are building Sharjah’s future with smart, sustainable urban planning.”
Bahaa Al-Nahwi, General Manager of Darwish Engineering, highlighted the milestone. “Our technical teams are committed to delivering premium infrastructure. We aim to meet the highest engineering standards.”
Al Tay Hills Project Overview
Spread across 6 million square feet, Al Tay Hills is one of the largest upcoming residential projects in Sharjah. The community will feature 1,100 homes, including villas and townhouses. Located along Emirates Road, it enjoys excellent connectivity to Dubai and northern emirates.
